Q: I want to order some custom shoes, How does it work? 

A: Add any adult shoe to cart & place your order for the $110 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.  We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your design, shoe style, size, colors, and other details.  Once your design is confirmed, I'll purchase the shoes (if needed) and begin your custom artwork once they arrive.  If you are providing me the shoes I will provide you with my address for shipping.  Your finished shoes will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Q: How much does a pair of custom Danna's Design Shoes cost?

A: All custom artwork starts at Tier 1- $175.00 (includes the cost of the shoe).  Tier 2- $275.00 (includes the cost of the shoe).  

Q: Do I send you the shoes? 

A: If you already have a pair of shoes you want us to paint, yes you can send them in. But generally we purchase the shoes.  Price range for shoes you provide me is Tier 1- $110 and Tier 2- $175.  Only leather or synthetic leather material shoes accepted.

Q: What do you use to paint the shoe?

A: We use acrylic paints and inks.  All the materials used are water proof and can withstand the rain.  Each pair is coated with a protection gloss to ensure your artwork stays. 

Q: How long until I get my shoes?

A: The current wait time for painted shoes is around 4-6 weeks.  That includes ordering the shoes online, getting them shipped to us, doing the artwork and shipping them to you. Our wait time can increase during the holidays due to a higher volume of orders and delays in supply chains. Please send us a message asking what the current turn-around time is.
