Thank you for choosing my canvas art to adorn your space. I want to ensure that your artwork reaches you in pristine condition and that the shipping process is smooth and transparent. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment.  The exception to this is if the order is placed for a Commissioned Piece.  Processing time for Commissioned pieces will be communicated for each piece directly to the buyer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • I offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges.

3. Packaging:

  • My canvas art pieces are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transit.
  • Each canvas is wrapped with protective materials and securely placed in a durable cardboard box.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • Domestic shipping only.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • You can track your package's progress using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues:

  • If your order is delayed or encounters any issues during transit, please contact me at dannasdesignsowner@gmail.com for assistance.
  • In the rare event that your canvas art arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging to facilitate a swift resolution.

7. Refunds and Returns:

  • I strive to deliver high-quality canvas art, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to my Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.

8. Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any changes to shipping times on our website.
